Directional slotted rotors?

I just picked up my slotted rotors but it just occurred to me that I have no idea which way the slots are supposed to face. Are the slots to face so that they suck air in or push air out?

Probably a silly question but I want to be sure.

the box should have front left, front right, rear left, rear right written on it..

yee mate if u refer to my photo in the brembo covers, they are the right way. although iv loked into it and sicovered it doesnt realy matter, there is a nominated FL and FR it will be on part number. bu if ur stuck check out mine.
