can u make normal mags into spinners?

i am a bit parcial to spinners but i have like the barb chrome wheel
so is it possible to turn a normal mag into a spinner?

Not unless you got another set of mags, cut off the outer 1 inch or so of it, slice it just behind the face and attach it to the centre of your existing mag.

They look cheap anyway, IMHO.

[EDIT : If you had for argument sakes a set of 17" on your car, and you could find another set the same but 16", you probably could cut the face of the 16's and attach it somehow, but you would be better off just buying a set of spinner mags.]
