Don't do it. It would look like someone has poo'd on your bonnet

If you saw what he has now you would retract that statement....

As said he ain't doing it to be like the gazillion p plater homo's who think by putting a Group A bulge on it will be fully sick. He actually needs a solution as I don't think Queensland Transport like having piping and throttles out of the bonnet.

Oh that really is helpful advice. Priceless seeing as you keep telling me to stop posting dribble and I never help anyone. Pot meet kettle.

As Wraith said, i have no choice in the situation i have a new intake and it no longer fits under the stock bonnet i only need a little extra clearance and i don't wanna fit a group A like everyone else, but that's beside the point a group A scoop is to narrow and wont work anyway. the only scoop or bulge i could find that is not only high enough but wide enough is a xr8 bulge...

Tried shutting the bonnet and ended up denting it. No way will it fit under a normal bonnet.

    Whats it hitting on?
    By how much?
    The centre support?
Trim it away where it needs it?

Whats hitting on it, the cable bracket/mount?
    Or the throttle bodies themselves?

LoL I was just going to say put some socks down there, but then I actually read the thread...

Its the second throttle at the front, and nearly the whole thing at the top pokes through the bonnet. I have cut a hole so it goes through so i can close the bonnet, and to keep the po po happy i got a cheap scoop from super cheap, an put it on but only as a temporary thing till i can get a better scoop/bulge for it.

I guess having one custom made is too expensive?

Pretty sure that won't give the clearance where he needs it. That one is more of a aesthetic bonnet, rather than a practical one.
