anyway, to answer the question, NO they are not legal. any lights other than the lights fitted from factory are un-rwc unless adr approved.

green on your wheels most certainly is not approved.

Im prety sure in nsw, lights that may "Dazzle" other drivers are not legally allowed to be fitted to vehicles, but who cares, you only get in trouble if you get caught. lol
