gas tank out of date?

Hi all i was just wondering how much it would cost to get the gas tank taken out of my Holden vs it is out of date and the motor doesnt work the best when using it on gas but fine on petrol so there is no point in getting the gas tank retested or getting a new one put in and i need to get this out ASAP as i cant get the roadworthy certificate so if you know how much it cost i would love to no as well thanks.

you could probably get away with doing it yourself... turn the tank off and crank the engine over the empty the lines.. then just unbolt everything? Not sure if it'd work, I've never had a car on gas before..

its nit as easy as that you have to take out all the pipes and electrics for it aswell and i dont wanna try doing all that myself knowing me i will stuff somthing up lol
