3.8 V6 into another car (not Holden)

Hi there I am looking at transfering a motor and trans from a vn or vr commodore I have both. I want to put the motor into a wee suzuki 4x4, just for shits and giggles. I am planing on using the full running gear out of the commy including front end, and make the suzuki a 2wd. So I am wondering how I get around the BCM out of the commy to control the auto. Also can i use the factory computer for the motor??
