    Default Unknown paint imperfection

Hey guys, sorry i wasnt sure where to place this thread.

Today i noticed a weird patch on my 01 commodore that is a metallic silver (quicksilver) colour.
for a daily driver the paint is in good condition but when i saw this patch on the panel for the door handle i wasnt sure what it is.

Its kinda left a yellow'y look to my clear coat/paint. from a distance it stands out since its the only part that isnt silver.
when up close you can see tiny yellow spots inside the metallic finish, when rubbing fingernail across i cant feel it either.
Ill try and get a picture tomorrow, has anyone had this before?

sorry for lack of quality, i even washed to the car to try and improve it. Early video cameras lack still shots ):

i can get another shot within the week if needed

if you notice one the bottom of door handle panel you can see a slight yellowish look to it.

Yeahh, it may have been poorly sprayed one time after being panel beated/repaired, paint too thin...

If it was on the panel, I was going to say something like bird poo/tree sap etc, as they can leave imperfections in the paintwork. But, good luck to a bird to shit there!

Doesn't look too bad in the pic.

    Try: Wash, Clay, Polish, Wax.

That should get rid of it or at least improve it.

...Cheaper than getting it resprayed too.
