looking to buy vt ss, what to check for????

hey all, im new to this forum and have a few questions bout a vt ss 5ltr im looking at :rockon The details of the car are: 5ltr, 250xxx on the clock, auto, pretty much all stock! the bloke is asking $4500 as is. He's alowed me to drive the car around for a few days to test it out n too see if im keen on it or not. I picked it up today and these are some of the probs that i have found and have been told about.
- last week it started to miss fire at low revs while accelorration, got the car checked and Mechanic cant find a prob and car hasnt done it since.
- their is a shutter when breaking hardish... not very much when braking softly. Warped rotors???
- Didnt have a major service at 200xxx, when do they need them?
- Tacho needle is stuck
- how many Lts of petty per 100km should it be using on adverage, normal driving style?? 13.6?
- Slight exhaust leak

What are some of the other things should i look out for and check?
