vt v6 eng swap now wont start !!

hey was wondering if any one could help me . i did an engine swap in a vt v6 and now in wont run ,start to fire then just shuts off , the new v6 came out of a vx but everything was changed on the eng including the wiring harness , does any body no if i still have to take it to Holden and get it re coded or what ever they do ? any info would be great thanks, daniel

vt and vx run different ecu's you wont be able to plug in the vx ecu and have it run and you cant plug in your vt ecu without smoke coming out when useing a vx loom fit the vt loom back in and its ecu
