    Default Sc14 supercharger

    I know there's a few threds on sc14 charger, but I can't find the info I need, I piked one up from a mate and I need to know some bracket dimentions so I can put it into my vn v6 after I get it in I'll try to get it round 6psi and take it to cappa to tune my chip. But I just need to get it in first. If u have one or built one please let me know some mesurments. Thanks

    Ill have a dig around for the old Just Comm magazine with full write up.They illustrated how to do the brackets and make them uber strong to stop flex.

    SC14 to ecotec brackets Post#3.Just for now and gives an idea of material needed.You may be able to work it out from that if youre handy with welder ect,a days work tops mucking around.

    Thanks, at least I sort know what I gta do, shdnt be to hard, I think the manifold part will be the most complex as I will be trying to also have twin throttle bodys, do you know the link for making them? Because I have read somwhere that you can mill the top of the manifold and weld a new box type construction on top. Thanks for the help

    I can let you know that using the manifold insulators from MACE give 80% of the flow of a twin manifold setup at only 20% of the cost installed.Id be going this way myself as getting the manifold volume ect correct is alot of trial,error,cut,trial,error ect lol.If you have the time,skills and patience then go for it.

    My mates being a prat and keeping the charger, but I will look at that mace manifold spacer, thanks for your help,
