Just a heads up if your thinking of buying a car from canberra car dealers, unlike NSW where can HAS to be sold road worth (Good tyres no oils leaks etc) ACT they can sell a car that is pissin out oils no tyres and a complete bomb. just thought id give afew people a warning about that before buying from dealers there
Cheers
Real cars don't power the front wheels, they lift them
walk down a few streets in the western suburbs of Sydney and you'll find some VERYYYYY shit cars and dealers selling with no warranty.
last week @ dealers in Sydney I saw some of the most shocking cars I'd ever seen.
its the same in South Australia because we dont have ANY roadworthy checks so its a matter or getting the car checked by a mechanic or get a RAA (SA version of NRMA i think) check
there will be a new Australian Consumer Law coming out I think next year to unify all the fair trading act/law/regulation.
so all OZ will be the same,warranty/guarantee will have the same meaning then
