Default Question Re Traction Control 5.7 V8

just wondering...
was down at willowbank a while back, meant to ask while i was there.
seen a bloke in a VX Clubsport Manual bunny hop down the track. is this the effect of traction control when you get up it in a manual?

i've got an auto with traction control & when it loses traction the motor cuts out.
so i suppose when that happens in a manual while letting out the clutch it could bunny hop.but you can turn the traction control off.

maybe like marz said he just can't drive

^^^Its not that the motor cuts out, the computer just limits torque to the wheel/s that are loosing traction to stop the spinning.

more than likely just axle tramp, traction control is activated in several stages starting with torque reduction, cutting cylinders then applying the brakes.

As far as i know the only manuals with traction control are the Maloo utes. (but i may be wrong)
As the others have said i dont think it was the traction control causing it

Well my Holden Factory Manual states that manuals don't come out with Traction Control. So I assumed that manuals didn't have traction control either.

As far as i know in my VX SS there is a motor in the drivers foot well kick panel that pushes your foot of the pedal and closes the butterfly (i think) and in turn limits the tourqe from the motor..

does this happen to anyone else
