Hmm thats too cheap. Materials alone would cost more then that.

Budget around $250-400 for a good job.

my vt garnish sanded prepped primed painted cost me $100. So i guess a bumper would cost a bit more.

You'll have to phone up places/panel beaters to see who can do it for you, may as well have just phoned places up and asked 'how much will a bumper spray cost' and solved your question in 20seconds instead of making a thread about it =/
