Kalmaker ECU for Holden VT
I have the possibility of grabbing one of these for $50? Anyone know if it'd be worth it?

I have the Kalmaker SP3 for VN-VS, cost me $1200! So $50 is a bargain, you really can't go wrong
Very powerful ECU, (it's a real time Delco) the software isn't the most user friendly - it still runs under DOS.... but the people on the Kalmaker forum are very helpful and once you get your head around it, it's a great ECU. Better than Haltech
Just make sure that you are not just buying the software discs or just a reprogrammed memcal.
The software needs to have a dongle to work and you will also need the real time box that goes with the software.
As Darren said it is VERY complex to use. I hope you like to do a lot of reading.

Hmmmm. As far as I knew it was just the unit itself. Didn't say anything about softwear. I don't think I'll end up with this.
Just picked up some gauges for the same price
is it a real time ECM or is it just a kalmaker chip ?
