How much should I offer my neighbour for his VN V8 5-speed sedan Berlina. It only has 16,000km on the clock. Yes that's right 16,000km. Been under covers in the shed for the last six years. Original one-owner vehicle.
Cheers, Big Al
ask him how much he wants for it, I'd pay 10 or 12 grand grand easy. It's barely been run in with 16'000 kays
Thats if I had 10 or 12 grand![]()

yeah, cos this thread is legit.
Even if it had been under covers for the last six years, what has it been doing for the other 12-14 to only have 16,000km on it?
Fail.
I know for a fact that it is a factory manual. As far as why it only has 16k on the clock you have to know this fella, he just didn't drive it, only round the block after he washed for 5 hours of a saturday.
When we bought a new VN V6 calais back in 1988 there was no manual transmission option available for the calais, auto only. This was one of the first VN's built though.Maybe the later ones did have it as an option..I know the VN V6 executive was available with a manual though..
