EFI Programing questions

Hi all I have a 2003 Holden Jakceroo that started out life as a VIC Police car. I was wondering if anyone knows if any mods would of bee done to the EFI system when it was sold to the VIC police force.

It probably just has RFI shielded ECU and ECU wiring to help stop radio interference from the engine management system.Thats about the only differences in the ECUs for police or emergency vehicles.(or any government vehicles that are usually fitted with 2 way radios etc.)
