heyy guys...

so my car has a rear spoiler that is clearly a hone job by the previous owner, as the wiring for it isn't even connected... over time the paint has turned from red to like white and feels all grainy...
I tried putting t-cut on it and buffing it with my hand but it did nothing lol
I think it's coz it doesn't appear to have a gloss coat over it...

plus the front passenger bumper is the same... it's not as glossy as the rest of the car but hasn't turned white or grainy...

anyway I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on how to fix the spoiler or how much it would cost to get those two things re-painted
