make sure the map sensor hose isn't kinked where it connects onto the intake manifold behind the throttle body neck.
very common for the hoses to kink at the bend, which will give your map sensor the wrong reading

Can someone please explain this fuel damper setup to me..

Does it involve the return line at all?? What PSI should I be expecting, maybe around 30PSI.. 40 seems too high for sure.

42-48 psi with engine running and vacuam line off the fuel reg.the fuel dampner wont lower pressure it just absorbs the fuel pressure spikes when all the injectors open at once dumping fuel into the engine.without them the fuel lines can rattle on the body of the car.did you get a tune to suit the cam if not yes it will be running rich at idle and light throttle
I tune the oldschool way fear on the passengers face and knuckle colour cant go wrong

to get it too idle your going to have to use the idle screw and just crank it in untill it idles untill you get a tune.look on ebay for nicefrog he will do one pretty damn close to perfect

if you are getting a map sensor code, then you should be fixing that before you get a tune
