i know wrong forum etc. but i cbf signing up to other websites.

does anyone know anything about the lancer automatic gearboxes? where is the filter located. i got the filter from shop down the road, and its a screw on type filter just like the engine oil filter. does this mean its external? because i cant see a filter on the outside of the box anywhere. so confused......
