Well I've begun to paint my door seals (black window surrounds) on the outside of the car.
Now everything is all good, used wax and grease remover, got it all off, gave a light sand to make sure the paint would stick not have runs and everything. But the bottom sill (the main long one at the top of the door/bottom of the window) will not dry, not even touch dry, it remains this sticky texture and will NOT CURE!
I got the first coat of it all off with turpentine, cleaned it up again, used a strong primer. Didn't work. Still the same deal, parts of it are touch dryish. But you can't push down on it and it's actually dry. I've tried the hair dryer etc etc...
WHAT THE HECK CAN I DO TO MAKE IT DRY!!!!
