as per the title, on the drift car, was thinking about welding up the rear doors and then gutting them, replacing the glass with plastic/lexan or maybe even some thin sheet steel..

has anyone else done this or seen it done? and is it worth the extra bit of stiffness? i just remember going up my parents driveway and all the doors squirm in their jambs.. thinking there must be a fair amount of flex there...
