Please help identify my engine

G'day Guys, first time poster here, and from what I've read there is alot of good info and responses as well, and now I need some help.

I have recently bought a WB one tonna with a 5L injected engine in it. Now the previous owner tells me its was out of a VS statesman, but I dont think it is as it has the older style holden logo on the engine cover. It has the auto 4spd box accompanied with it as well.

I'm having a few dramas with it but I need to be 100% sure of what engine it is before I go buying bits and pieces to try and fix her up. The engine number is SVU ******, any help would be appreciated guys.

SVU = VQ-VSIII Statesman except 179kW/195kW VSIII.
