    Default Simple Questions

    1. in my Vs ute i sometimes change gears and have low revs, it has no tacho so i cannot tell what it is at, but its low. are there any problems that could arise from this?
in other words, will moderately low revs hurt the car (under idle occasionally)?

and 2. are the vz and vt car -> trailer wiring looms the same?
for some reason there is one in dads car (vz wagon).
a yellow wire on the trailer plug part is for the right indicator however the incar wiring has an orange wire for the rear right indicator.
the wiring loom appears to not connect up the yellow wire, and i dont really want to pull apart the wiring loom for the car -> trailer.

im guessing its not the same, but it seems trange there was one in a vz.

they are probably stupid questions =P

Changing gears too early can put a lot of strain on your gearbox and damage bearings.

changing gear too early causes excessive tourque onto the internals of the box why grandmas cars wear clutches out all the time cause it slips at high acceleration if too low revs in first place

ummm wiring in car correct to diagram would say modify the trailer plug or by a wiring kit with a plug on it and replace it
will be cheaper and not hard to fit a genuine/accesory kit as they have step by step instructions normally!~

yeah the orange wire in the car is for the right indicators. yellow on trailer is for right indicators.

some some reason the orange in the car->trailer loom is looped. and the yellow is just a completely seperate thing not connected.
time to get out the pliers and soldering iron.

    thanks again
