Default Exhaust System + Lowering or Audio System

I have come at a crossroads!

I have enough money for either

    - 2 1/2" Straight Through Muffler, No Resonator, Twin Oval Tips
    +
    - King Springs Ultra Lows + Installation + Wheel Alignment

    (Total: $880)

    or

    - 2x 12" Kicker Subwoofers
    - MRP-M500 Alpine Mono Bloc Amp
    - 4250 Pioneer Head Deck

    (Total: $1300 Incl. Wires+Installation)

Now i'm stuck deciding what i want in this point in time..

If I was in your shoes I'd do the springs, short body shocks and alignment. Then save up for the stereo.

seems as if a lot of people are saying that..
these were my thoughts initially but the deal on the audio is really nice..

If i do the suspension + exhaust, i can do window tinting as well.

    my suggestion is stereo..
whats the point of a car looking awesome on the outside if its boring to drive because your music doesnt blow your mind.
but also in saying that.. i would never spend $1300 on a sound system.
i got 2 15's for $135 each at autobarn.. hooked em upto a 1000w d class mono sony THAT I FOUND IN A JUNK PILE!
and they sound better and are louder than my mates twin competition pioneer something something that he would never shut up about haha.

If i were you id change that to a ASR one personally, After a while it shits the Blaupunkt amp because the iPod out is putting out power as well...

Who cares what we think, it's not our car, it's yours. Get what ever you want with your money.

I care, i was asking for an opinion.
Too many choices with limited funds! haha

and now there is another complication.

I have the chance to buy 19" SSV wheels for $900-$1000. I think i will do that and get it lowered next week.

    Thoughts?

I don't think any aftermarket exhaust on a V6 will sound that good that you don't want a stereo.

trust me mate, i love music to bits..
only time it's ever been off is when i wanted to hear the exhaust note driving away from the shop haha

but at the moment i'm happen with the blaupunkt system, i would love an improvement but i want to improve some of the aesthetics on the car first
