Because I'm running the turbo 400 and not electronic im getting this code..

IAT - Voltage Too Low - Auto Transmission Only -- 25

How can I trick the PCM into thinking everything is ok.?
Im not sure I get what you are trying to say.The auto transmission has nothing to do with error code 25.Error code 25 is the IAT,or Intake Air Temperature sensor..The code 25 means that the IAT sensor voltage is low.Id replace this sensor,or make sure its wiring etc is clean and connected properly..The ECU wont be able to control the engine properly without this sensor fully working.
