    Default Help with fitting springs

hey guys, tryed to put rear and front springs in a vz, excepet when i jacked the car up there was still to much pressure on the springs and was worried about it flying out and smacking me in the head if i tried levering them out, so in saying this will i need spring compressors or will i have to unbolt shocks? Cheers guys

    Both i believe?

I did mine with my brother (but i was changing shocks aswell), we took out shocks, then used springs compressors on the spring.. They take a while though -.-
