Steering Wheel Refurbishment

Wondering if anybody knows a place that will refurb an old VK Calais Steering Wheel.

I have one that the colour is faded on and needs new foam put on it and i can only find places that do metal wheels and leather.

Will post it to where ever it needs to go if it ain't in victoria.

A internet link would be the best so i can look through it.
