if i cut out parts and weld new parts on is there any simple way of making my car sound similar to this for free?

Just sounds like a straight pipe with no mufflers or anything. I must agree with soop here though, makes it sound cheap and mildly broken.

Take out the muffler bearings, adds about 50rwkw and makes it sound like a V8 supercar
