    Default Painting Wheels Nuts?

    Hey guys...

Is there anyway to paint your wheels nuts without the paint coming off/scratching the second a wheel brace/rattle gun touches it??

Getting a set of 17" ROH Fury's and would much rather sand and paint black my current grimey wheel nuts then go out and buy a $50 set of chrome nuts.

Any ideas? Are there any certain paints that would be suitable for this type of job?

My thought would be electro plating but it seems a bit far just for wheel nuts

you should be able to buy black wheel nuts... one of my mates from work got em after he got a set of ssv wheels powdercoated... i think he got them from holden so give them a call and see if not ill ask him where he got them from... painting would be pointless as itll get destroyed everytime

step 3. heat wheel nuts till red hot
    step 4. drop in oil
step 5. never trust your wheel nuts again.
