Is the 2" rule still the go in QLD, because i wanna put 18s on my commodore and they are 15" stock so would this be illegal or what

no there is limit to rim diameter in Qld
however the outside diameter of the tyre must not vary by more than +15 or -26mm

My s-pac came out with 16's and now i have 19's and have never been fined or questioned

THIS. This is the correct information. Technically, you could legally run 22" wheels if they made tyres in the correct rolling diameter and load rating.
