    Default Brand new rusty rotor

I just bought some rotors for my car and just Wen I looked at them there are spots of surface rust on 1 but not the other. Im taking it back but has anyone seen that before?

They usually have a thin film of oil on them when you buy them to stop them rusting. If it is on the machined surface and its just surface rust it will wear off. If its on the hub it won't hurt as 99% of them rusted unless they are painted.

One brake application and they'll be gone..
