vt suerchaged not starting?

any 1 hav ideas on y my vt charged isnt starting properly ive cheacked ova everythin and nothing is outa place, ive also done a major service and replaced the fuel pump bout 3 months ago,,, problem is mainly wen it is cold its almost like its not getin enough fuel just coughs and splutters ?????

had a problem like that with my vt is was the fuel pressuer reg . clamp of the fuel return hose (second from the top) and try it
