VY Ecotec, what else to replace with new radiator.

Hey guys, my VY Ecotec is getting a new radiator soon because I suspect its on the way out - overflow bottle dipstick goes down one hole every few weeks and theres some brown sludge building under the radiator cap. Car has done 132,000km. My dad's VY radiator kicked the bucket at 145,000km so i figured i might as well do mine now. I'll be doing the intake manifold gaskets at the same time.

What other parts should i replace that i can expect to be on their last legs? Thermostat? hoses? water pump?

If the water pump is original, than I would change that too.
