    Default my weekends work

    Sitting back on a sunday evening with a cold one after doing some minor mods/touch up work to the VS

    * Painted Rocker Covers
    * New Throttle Body & K&N Filter
    * Polished Plenum (took around 2.5 hours using an electric polisher)
    * Painted Dash surround white
    * New Rotors/Pads
    * L3 Statesman Cluster

    Thought I would post some pics for anyone that wants to do some cheap but effective visual mods for their VS

    Looks nice man, I tried to get my plenum polished but only a tiny bit of it shines, i scrubbed the shit out of it with autosol for a long time too ..

    Electric polisher would be handy :O!

    you gotta sand it, mate. get some 800 on it, then 1000, then 2000

    then and only then will it shine.

    yeah what air666 said, but in my opinion would be better painted to match the car colour, polished stuff is way too much hassle with fingerprints and crap
    Going where no late model stato/caprice has gone before.... GAME ON!!
