Default Are 'ultra low king springs' illegal?

Looking to put Ultra Lows in the rear of my VN Wagon (new project)

Anyone put them in a VN, VP wagon? Is it illegally low?

This is how high mine sits at the moment, stock:

    Cheers

If it's 100mm off the ground from the lowest point on the car (exhaust) and you retain 2/3 suspension travel (check your state on that one) then it's fine.

Could almost guarantee that ultra lows would be welllllll past past of those

I live in the country, have lived here for 8 months now, and the first thing I noticed about all the guys wagons in this town are all slammed at the arse, 2 of them I know are air bagged, and the rest, who know, most likely chopped springs.
I had Super lows in my VN Wagon before this one which bought it to this height:

I didn't think it looked low enough, however in saying this, I never had the 18'' 5 spokes on the back until I got canaried and then sold it with the bald 18''s...
Possibly because of the stockies it doesn't look that dumped perhaps?

ALSO I am dumb as #### for asking this but, what kind of rims are these as I just picked up a set:

There's only one police car in town which patrols the small main street daily, and never ever pulls over any of these blokes with the wagons dragging ass and blacked out tail-lights etc etc with music blaring through subs etc. Seems to be more concerned about criminal acts such as theft, violence robbery ...
I dunno, super lows or ultra's?

Or spear off the road at 100km because your suspension does not have the require travel and unweights the car causing it to shoot off the road because of an otherwise normal bump killing or seriously injuring all the passengers plus whoever else is unfortunate enough to be in the way. Not to mention the associated insurance issues if it was found to contribute to an even minor accident. But on the other hand putting one's entire life on the line (both health and financially) so you can look cool driving down the road is a valid and acceptable risk.

orly??? I personally go for a setup that allows a given chassis to handle at it's potential myself. The idea of making something handle worse is just patently daft to me.

As for airbags, be sure to check that they are legal with your local department of transport and the kit you are buying complies with the relevant ADR's before fitting it to your car. IMO coilovers are the best answer going around at the moment as they let you set the ride hight at pretty much any hight you like whilst still allowing the appropriate suspension travel and fit quality dampers.
