hey guys, got myself a 99' VT v6 ecotec wagon as my first car.
any sort of cheap mods or things that i could change/replace that would give a boost to performance ?

Use Search mate, Heaps of things you can do. But really you wont fine much extra power till you look at forced induction on the ecotecs. spend your money on keeping her running perfectly.

How cheap is cheap?

$180 = Lukey 2.5" cat back
$330 = Extractors
$30 = Lukey air filter (arguable)
$70-140 = Tuned memcal
$450 = 1:9:1 High ratio rockers

Most other things start getting more expensive from there.

A basic service, all filters, oils, leads and plugs ect will give a little extra performance if it hasn't been done for a long time.
