i got a ve sv6 tiptronic, i cant do a burnout with traction control off and i was wondering if anyone else has the same problem.![]()
i can help you get them wheels spinning :O
put it in nuetral, rev it to 4grand, snap it into drive and let the good times roll ... hehehhee
Because the ecu winds back the timing if the brake and throttle is applied simultaneously. Some may call it over the top - I'd say it's probably a good thing in your case.

school holidays ... and this kid has a freaking VE and i got a VT ... god dam it wish i was a spoilet brat
Troll dude. His mum probably has an AU falcon.![]()
You need to reduce the rotating mass of the rear wheels. This will mean it is easier for the engine to turn them. The best way for you to do this would be to remove all but two of your wheel nuts, and loosen the remaining two.
It's not worth it. that is all
should of thought about that when you bought a v6!
step 1. apply petrol to entire car
step 2. ignite said petrol
thus, burnout.
The secret with the new Ve cars that holden don't want you to know is how to get into the diagnostics mode on your car and turn off the part of the ecu that turns back the timing if the brake and throttle is applied simultaneously.
1, turn the car to accessories and tune your radio to 105.9 (has to the stock radio)
2, hold down the - and + on your steering wheel controls while you turn the car on
3, press the brake to the floor while pressing the radio off button
4, jump off a cliff if you think this would have worked
