Hi, I'm Tim, and just joined the forum after ordering my new latest ride this weekend.
It's a Voodoo SV6 Sedan with LSD and a few extras. It's due for delivery in a few months. No hurry for me.
I am currently driving a 2004 Liberty that I bought brand new and it was my first venture into modifying a car, with one rule. NO RICE.
By the time I was finished on this car, it was a very nice handling all wheel drive car with plenty of go when asked and very hard to get out of shape.
The factory 310Nm finished at 420Nm and is a very comfortable ride (some say too tight) with a decent sound system.
Bilstein struts, Whiteline sway bars, xenons, tuned and boosted from 7lb to 13lb and upgraded brake pads are the main changes, but still looks stock.
I also own a 64 EH Holden wagon with lots of mods and 250,000 miles on the clock with 80% original paint on it.
It's my play toy and my baby and rarely sees the light of day, but has been out for a few car shows. It will never win, but that's not the point of it. It's the passion and the pride.
I do promise to use the search function before asking, but I apologise in advance if I ask a dumb one now and then
Tim

As stated above, welcome. Just be aware that there's assholes everywhere.
Brake pads maybe and a little tightening of the suspension to give me something a little more comfortable to throw around a little. Otherwise, no it's staying fairly stock. If I wanted more power, I would have bought an SS.
I may want to change the bulbs to xenons, but think I should get projector headlights, so I will suss out some pricing before I consider it

I did order tint but no sunroof. Have one now and CBF having another, and no cat back yet. I might wait for the kids to finish the 2kg can of Milo and just stick it underneath

Time will tell. Never touched the zorst on the Liberty, no need to. I'd only do it to get a little more sound, but there's plenty of cheap ways of getting a little sound if I need it

Old man bought the EH brand new. I bought it from him the day before I turned 17. I've owned it ever since, so that would be nearly ummmmm 30 years

80% of the paint is factory original. It does look better in photos than in the flesh. Having 250,000miles on the clock and looking that good is why I haven't painted it. Front guards had the usual cancer in them a few times until I put near new guards on it.

Hi Tim,
Welcome to the forum!
I was pretty happy with the service I got at Liverpool Exhaust as well so should be fine (Speak to Jimmy or Shev) - Don't mean to sound biased but if you end up going for an X-force system look into getting the Varex mufflers - this will eliminate any drone you would most likely get especially when doing highway k's
Looking forward to seeing you and the SV6 on a cruise sometime soon, where abouts are you in Sydney?
All the best,
Chris
