no id tags

I have a damaged vy ss ute and was looking to sell it. However someone contacted me and said they had a straight body the same color with NO TAGS for $1500. This would make it a simple transfer of all the gear.

BUT what about the fact it has NO TAGS is this a problem? should i be buying it?

No tags means no proof of ownership or registration,I would get them to get it taged first or you go do it b4 you purchase it because you can not drive it until this has been done.
