I am talking about a car made before the mid eighties. If so, how often do you drive it, and what is it?
Yep, got a 70 LC Torana on full rego, and a 69 HB Torana on historic rego.
The LC is in the shed getting a 253/m21 transplant at the moment, but was driven to work now and then, and runs with the local Torana club once a month or so, before it went in there.
The HB is hardly driven. Thinking about selling it actually.
my 66 impala old enough? i have been driving it to work and back since my VK went off the road in about january ish
I was driving a 71 HG as my daily but i decided to register the commodore as its not exactly special and deregister the HG for some mechanical work/ minor restoration which hasnt yet happened lol.
I own a 71 hq ute that hardly gets driven
I own a 1949 Wolseley six eighty ex police car, don't drive it because it's not rego'd!
Well i had the vl, which was 86 lol.
Drive our 1980 202 VC SL Commodore most days, mainly use for local use and use the VX SS for longer trips, I actually don't mind driving the VC it is a good size for parking etc, and I am not so fussy where i leave it compared to the SS. I have thought of restoring it, we have had it for around 15 years but would cost a lot more than it is worth. It has kept the k's down on the SS as the SS has only done 70,000km in 10 years. Daughter has a 1970 Mini K which was her grandmothers we have had that in the family from new. Still on original motor gearbox etc, just about due for a resto though, she doesn't use it a lot now she has bought a late model Subaru.
1982 WB ute injected 5 litre, fully restored/modified. Gets driven fairly regularly (well, it's hibernating a bit at the moment with this shit whether in Vic) originally was intended to be used as a daily driver but it turned out a bit too good. Had it for about 4 years now.
WB Ute, Injected 5 litre Project.
1978 UC Torana hatchback. Restored/modified. Weekend/nice whether car only, it's my toy. It only goes out every now and then, but i am in the middle of a bit of a tidy up and i plan to drive it more when it's back on the road. Had it for about 13 years now, was my first car.
VN5LTR & UCVSIX
1927 Chev. Full rego regularly driven until recently; pulled off the road for re-wiring, new rear tyres and brake overhaul.
Car is original un-restored (apart from ongoing maintenance and two re-sprays in 1948 and 1986).
My father bought it in 1967 from the lady who bought it new in 1927.

^ Now that is awesome. Not just the car, but the fact it's original and still driven.
65' EH Wagon, Still rego'd and sitting in the shed![]()

To the OP, just curious why you asked. Are you thinking about getting an older car or something?
EDIT: Just saw that the OP has been banned apparently...
I don't think you'll get an answer from the OP mate, he's banned....

I reject your reality and substitute my own.
It says he has only made ONE post, if you look at me I am banned too, except I added :P to mine so it wouldn't give people the complete wrong idea. maybe he "banned" himself.
