Atm ive got 17"rims with 45/235 tyres i wanted to get king ssl springs but i am wondering if it will look too low? I dont wanna look like some bogan who has done a home job on his springs and be "rydn drty".
lol have a look around the my rides section... plenty of cars in there riding low and looking mean
235/45/R17?
it will be low, but not hectic low. i have SSL's now an they look good, will have to be a bit careful with speedhumps and shit but most in mandurah are fine, just pulling out of coles meadow springs can be a chore.
will sit roughly just above the tyre on the front, and tuck them on the rear i reckon. I have 20s and on the rear on flat ground and a full tank and the guard sits flush with the rim.
Will it look like this? Cos this looks kinda ruff haha..
But the rims in the pic look like 15" lol
The white car pic is mine

easiest way, walk out to your car with a tape measure, kings SSL's are rated to drop it 3 inches lower then what it is now. from the guards.
obviously there are variables but thats a rough way to see.

cams spac, VX SS 17s and SSL's. my guess was completely out lol.
yeah they are a pretty good height, high enough you can still drive it but low enough that you dont feel you wasted your money
