First priority - a beer fridge with heaps of car, alcohol and semi naked women stickers.

go to the hardware, but some floor joice, 20mm MDF, dyna bolts and nails and build yourself a really sturdy bench. then bolt a vice to it.

then drink a bunch of beer and look at naked women stickers

    Motion carried

    Now that's finalised....
My brother done the same thing a while back, and had bugger all room to play with.
I don’t have any photos but this is similar to what he done.
He used old bunkbeds to make storage racks, sourced old kitchen cupboards and the like and screwed scrap tin & steel plate to the bench tops.
An old laundry sink (with a bit of shoddy plumbing) became his parts cleaner etc... the list goes on.
You can get away with it cheaply....

go to hardware shop, buy unistrut and cable tray.
should take about 5 minutes to build a few shelves and benches and its easy to modify and change.

or if you want to do it for the long term...
get some 90x90 or 100x100 posts. these will be legs.
some 100x50 will be supports that join the legs.
and get some solid doors if you can, best ever bench tops and botton shelf you can use.
using some coachbolts and drills/saws it should go up nicely
and trust me, no mongrel will be able to steal this bench.
oh and youll need to get some woodworking skills, these arent transferrable

that 2nd option is what ive got at home, we have 2 of them and a joiner in the middle.
goes along a full length of the garage wall nicely

if you want something cheaper go to an op shop like the salvos or so on.
buy a wardrobe (remove the doors) or bookcase and there is your shelving unit
if you paint it, it should come up even better
how about we make the pedals out of sticky rubber and the shoes with steel spikes. at least my shins would like that

home brew setup with a kegerator and bar, works out to be 30/40 cents a schooner after initial costs to setup.

Jeez man,...learn to control your aim! It will only be a little bit of porn so shouldn't be that much overspray!
