2 hotdogs instead of 1 in the centre?

Hey guys,

Basically im all happy with my car but now im a bit bored of my exhaust note and just feeling like a change and experimenting.

VT V6 current setup: extractors > 200cell hiflow cat > 2.5" > centre hotdog > dump just after the rear wheel. LOVE IT!

But, I was curious and love trying different things and had the idea of placing 2 hotdogs in the centre instead of just one? (So after the cat fit one hotdog, have a bit of normal piping, then another hotdog just before the dump) Any idea what this would do for sound of the car and back pressure?

it would make it abit quieter i guess... same as haveing 1 middle and 1 rear hotdog?

yeah just wasn't sure because it still will finish early and face to reverberate off the ground where normally a resi would be, but instead squeezing in the 2 hotdogs before that and they would be alot closer lol

Yep, as said, it would just make it quieter, no effect on back pressure unless you fitted a spiral louvre hot dog backwards.
