Hey JC members!
Was looking at the interior of my car today and decided that something was not right.. the dash. It looks so ugly in that silvery/bronzey colour and i want to get it painted hopefully in a candy colour shortly.
I'm interested in knowing if any of you have attempted painting this piece before/if its a s*** of a job to do/is it worth it/how much costs are to get it done etc?
Cheers!
I did mine gloss black with clear over it. Also did the console and speedo surrond. Looks good, I used White knights Squirts paint.
'Ah well, I suppose it had to come to this.'
its easy to do it your self for like 15 bucks. thats for paint and clear coat. try not to use a tacky looking colour just choose a nice colour like gloss black as said above or even just satin silver. spray a few coats of clear coat aswell as you dont want it to wear off. so buy two cans![]()
