Default Load rating 91w anyone had these on your car?

just purchased a set of wheels, 235/40/18 91w was wondering if anyone else has had a load rating of 91w on a commodore and if they were ok?

    do a search =P

but by the look of the car in "your ride" that it may be under the load rating required.
check on your tyre placard to see what rating is required, otherwise your insurance can be voided by being under load rating.

using this off another thread but you get the idea

it came to that he needed atleast 92 rating, and if the vs is the same as the vr.
how about we make the pedals out of sticky rubber and the shoes with steel spikes. at least my shins would like that

The higher the load rating is then the more weight you can carry at faster speeds, I have a load rating of 95 on my car as I tow a trailer, but if your not going to tow anything or have a car full of passengers at high speeds then its ok,may I ask what tyre brand you have as I havent seen any 235/40/18 with a load rating of 91 I thought that 95W or 95H is on the 18's

check your tyre placard, you will find you will need a 92 i believe. so you can be defected and your insurance is void.

SA police are have been pretty good to me over the years because my cars have been clean and always kept in immac condition i only usually get a ticket and never a full going over look for defects, plus SA not having to get road worthy certs makes it a easy to get away with mods.
Ill put some photos up in the next few days of my mags, they come up a treat painted them saturn black with a few clear coats theyre going to look awesome on my VR!! i got before during and after photos

WA is the same with no roadworthy's, and since last year when theyve removed rego stickers makes it a little bit easier too.

cops only tend to pull over drivers with a criminal record, or cars that have been known to be unroadworthy before. means if you keep your nose clean cops wont hassle you.

    yeah haha

its pretty common knowledge over here that cops target repeat offenders, with the license scan thingy's. i have a friend who has a VT clubby thats been yellow stickered more times then i can remember, and whenever a copper sees her she always gets pulled over. once your plates are black listed its not fun times
