So I have a box trailer and I know the hubs are Holden cause the steel wheels are stamped GM but I don't know exact what stud pattern it is.....I only wanna know cause I am curious to if some mags I have will fit on the trailer....the wheels are VT/VZ stud pattern......if the stud pattern is different is there a way to put VT/VZ hubs on the trailer ????
Thanx for any help or advise.
Cheers SHEENY
Wheels are stamped GM so I am thinking they are pretty early
It's upside down but that's the stamp on the steel wheel
all commodore steel rims are stamped GM im pretty sure so they could be commodore pattern.
you could take one rim off the trailer to a tyre shop, they would have a little guage that measures the pattern so you'll know for sure or just try bolting one of the mags on,if it doesnt line up properly than you'd know...
Cool thanx ADDS. I have to go to the tire service Tuesday so might sit the trailer on bricks and take a wheel with me
Try a mag on the trailer, it will either fit or it won't.
How old is the trailer? If it's old, it could be early Holden/Torana pattern. Pretty common on trailers.
Depending what u end up using the trailer for (loads) ensure ur rims will be able to take the weighta mate did this and the rims snapped under the weight.
Could be early Holden wheel's.
FE - HR: PCD 5 on 107.95 mm (4.25"),
HK - HG: PCD 5 on 107.95 mm (4.25"),
HQ - WB PPCD: 5 on 120.65mm (4.75")
Commodore: 5 on 120mm
Head to your local auto part's store, they should sell Hub's for vt-vz wheels (about $50 a hub with bearings) and is an easy change over
a bearing joint should also have what you need but be prepared to pay for everything separately.

Trailer hubs are most commonly either ford-5x114.3 or holden-4x120. There's not too much early Holden stuff around anymore & that's a late GM stamp on that rim(HQ-WB). You will need to use wheel spacers to run commodore rims and maybe longer studs as well.
I think try a wheel and if it fits all good but if not a bit of a splash of silver paint on the steel rim will be the easiest fixthanx all for your input
^LOL, I missed that post. Way off..
