Default Wasp Sway bar Link Rods

Went down to my local parts specialist, and got quoted $135ish for some Nulothane sway bar link rods for my VX,

The question is about the above, which are Wasp sway bar link rods.. Just wondering if anyone has used them... Are they good? What are the bushes like on them. I can get the suzukisuper ones for like $35, and the Whiteline with Polyurathane bushes for like $80... But the Wasp ones are only $45, and also claim Polyurathane

Did you get a quote for SuperPro ones? See how much they are. Probably a little cheaper than Nolathane and I prefer them anyway. At least you know you're getting something that's decent quality. Never heard of Wasp before and "Ultra Cheap Car Parts" sounds a little dodgey to me lol.

I think you can order them from SuperCheap. I couldn't see the ones you needed there so maybe give them a call tomorrow, but I found the ones I used. I didn't pay that much though, gotta love Bursons mates rates lol

Yeah the ball jointed ones are a bit more expensive, got quoted $120 from a guy at A1 Auto. Also Superpro are owned by Nultec, who is owned by the guy who used to own nulothane. And Whiteline are now owned by the came company that owned Nulothane, and I'm being told both products are exactly the same other then color... Its amasing what you learn in the space of 4 hours. Also Repco have a sale on Whiteline ones, 123 down to 83... So baught myself a set of them :P Thanks for your help guyus!

I've been lead to believe that the composition of the polyutherane in SuperPro & Nolathane is different with the result being SuperPro are somewhat "softer" than Nolalthane providing a more compliant ride.

I reckon those wasp ones would be fine. Those bushes are yellow, so yes they would be polyurethane.

My suspension setup is pretty harsh... So softer ones would have probably been better... Ah well... Got em already :P Coming soon: BoypocketsJr How To Change sway bar link rods VT - VY xD
