Hey, all, Log time reader first time poster.

Anyway, I have a 98 VT Calais (standard 3.8) which has dual fuel, so LPG and Petrol. I usually run it on LPG as its cheaper. So i have been looking for some cheap performance mods, as its absolutely gutless on gas compared to petrol and i want some more power with petrol also :P.

So i have been reading up abit on memcals, as they seem like a decently cheap performance mod, at around $120 off ebay, and increasing performance by around 10-15kw.

So, i'm abit unsure on what would happen with the car on gas, i have found one that says its for LPG, saying it basically gives you the same power as petrol, and better efficiency and what not.

Now my question, if i want to get a performance memcal, does it need to be done for use with LPG, or what?, or do you just get it set up for LPG when ordering it, or will one designed for a petrol engine work fine, and also would it be a worthwhile mod of the money or is there something similarly priced or a it more that would be worth while.
