just bought a VY CALAIS with 170,000km when will next major service be?

also, what needs to be changed in the major service and a rough estimate of a general mechanic's charge for such service?

Well honestly, reguardless of the k's I always do a full service on new cars i pick up (oil, filter, plugs, leads, check coolant, check transmission fluid, etc..)

Mechanics have a bigger list to check like all bearings and shit but I'm not too sure what it is.

yea mate thats what i was thinking, thanks for the tip anyway i found out they are due at 180,000 km so I will just do it right now actually..
