Operating temps

hey all just a quick question about running temps of engine.
for those of u that know - What is the temperature of which the electric fans/thermos cut in and cut out at on the 5.0l efi motors? in degrees celcius if possible!

dont know exactly for a 5.0, but alot of cars cut in at 105 degrees or when the air con in on
